Mr. Sri Krishna D. Malisetti V. is the Chairman and Founder of Malisetti Group of Companies, in which RETCIL is one of those Companies. He is an Engineering Graduate with Masters in Business Administration, who acquired more than 40 years of Experience in various fields of Engineering, Construction, Real-estate, Travel Segment, Arbitration and Reconciliation, and is a qualified law graduate with LL.B.. He earned many top level memberships of The Institution of Engineers (India), The Professional Engineers Ontario Canada, The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, Canada, Project Management Institute of USA, Bar Council of India, The Indian Council of Arbitration, The Institution of Valuers India, etc., etc.. His mind always works for innovation and tries to provide more convenience and comfort to the citizens of India.

Mr. M. S. Krishna Varun,

B.E.(Civil), M.B.A.(International Business)(London), C. Eng. (I), M.I.E.(I).

Mr. M. S. Krishna Varun is the Managing Director, having qualifications of Engineering Graduation from Osmania University Campus Engineering College and Masters in International Business Administration from Greenwich University, London. He is an young and dynamic personality with about 15 years of global experience in various sectors. He is a Chartered Engineer and Professional Member of the Institution of Engineers (India). Being an young and energetic personality, he reviewed the various travel modes across the globe and emerged with brilliant outcomes for the growth of this Organization, hence he is the Managing Director of this Organization.

Mrs. Gorthy Anuradha,

B.Tech. (Civil), M.Tech. (Structures)

Mrs. Gorthy Anuradha is a trained Civil Engineer with expertise in the core design of concrete structures for national security systems, including physical concrete walls, underground bunkers, and above-ground silos. She is meticulous about being on time and she never wastes a minute. She is our ERP team's youthful and vibrant SAP head, having worked in Singapore, the United States, and India for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience of the travel industry and always enjoys offering the general public facilities at a lower rate. She is one of the directors and shareholders of this organisation because she was keen to be a part of it.

Mr. Madala Srinivasa Rao,

B.E. (Civil)

Mr. Madala Srinivasa Rao is a qualified Engineer having experience in saving people's lives by providing life insurance for children and youth for future education, marriage, retirement, protection, health insurance, etc.. He is a person who can protect the company by providing all types of risk policies. He knows how to protect the company from vehicle damage or loss or theft, vehicle accident policies, etc. He also knows mechanical lives of the vehicles and he is reported for replacement of vehicles from old to new from time to time. Having had this kind of experience, he was keen to join this organization as a Director Cum Shareholder, hence he looks after the Investments, Insurances, Replacement of Cars, Disinvestments, etc. in this Organization.

Mr. Chikkam Srinivas,

B. Com., M. Com.

Mr. Chikam Srinivas is a Post Graduate in Commerce having versatile experience in taxation, accounting, fianance related matters of the Company. He is expert in fund raising as well as to approach different officials at the top level and gets the problem resolved in no time. He is also having good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, wear and tear, spare parts of the vehicles of different makes. Having had this kind of aptitude and knowledge, he became a part of this Organization as one of the Directors cum Shareholders of the Company.

Dr. Ms. M. K. Krishnaveni,

M.B.B.S., M.D. (Microbiologist)

Dr. Ms. M. K. Krishnaveni is an important shareholder in the Company having qualifications of MBBS and MD. She is a practising consultant in KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad, Hyderabad. She is an young and dynamic entrepreneur in various sectors across the globe including medical and travel fields. She came up with several innovative ideas in forming this organization. She is a Gold Medalist in National Level Competition as well as she is another Gold Medalist in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh State level competition in her Medical Field. She is exposed to travel and travel-difficulties, disappointments, last minute cancellations, etc., etc., hence she came forward to be a part of this organization as an important Shareholder.

Mrs. Chaladi Sri Sravya,

B. Tech., M.B.A. (Human Resources)

Mrs. Chaladi Sri Sravya is a Shareholder in the Company having qualifications of Engineering Graduation with a Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources Faculty. She came across many innovative ideas of Human Resource Management, Logistics of Human Skills, Training the people, Problem Solving in manpower stimulation, decision making in crisis and the related matters. Having had our Organization with huge number of manpower with about 144 locations across the Country, she has chosen to be a part of this Organization heading the Human Resources Division. She is young and dynamic head of HR activities with over 15 years of experience in India.

Mr. Madathanapalli Ramachandra Moorthy

B.E. (Civil), M.I.E (I), F.I.V (I)

Mr. Madathanapalli Ramachandra Moorthy is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer Cum Builder and he is not related to any of the Directors or Shareholders of the Company. He, as an Independent Director, controls the functioning of the Board of Directors in its every aspect. He is senior and dynamic professional Independent Director having more than 35 years of experience in the profession of Independent Director.
